A week or so ago my newly purchased used Qashqai developed a fault with its gearbox after only three weeks of ownership. I emailed you at the time, stating that I sought a refund or replacement of the vehicle.
Happily, the fault has been fixed and the car returned to me. The reason I am writing is to express my thanks for the excellent service I received from Arbury Nissan in Leamington, in particular from Neil Timmins and the servicing team. He was in regular contact with me and candidly talked through all of the options, with a genuine concern and commitment to resolving the issue.
I had expected, as a cynical customer, to have been “fobbed off” to some extent, but that did not happen at all. I have owned many cars, purchased from many dealerships, and this was the first time that I felt that customer satisfaction and the “peace of mind” promise were taken seriously, which clearly they were. It was a new and very pleasant experience and I cannot praise the team, or the service I received, highly enough. Neil went above and beyond, and I only hope that my initial response did not blight his week.
In short, I am a very happy, grateful and impressed customer thanks to Arbury Nissan. -
